Description
Storing flat goods on pallets often leads to forklifts missing their entry point and damaging a pallet. But with our Fork entry bars, forklifts get easy access to the goods and save you the big repair bills of clipped uprights and structural wear of your pallet racking system.
Fork entry bars sit across the base of each bay and give forklift operators a clean entry point. This helps keep uprights protected and every bay handles the daily forklift traffic without being damaged.
These pallet racking fork entry bars are the right fit if you:
- Store non-palletised or flat goods like wood, plasterboard, or metal sheets.
- Have forklift operators regularly clipping pallets or uprights on entry.
- Want to reduce structural wear caused by repeated minor forklift contact.
- Need a simple bay-level solution that guides forks in cleanly every time.
Key features:
- Designed to support bulky products and allow easy forklift access.
- Absorbs minor forklift contact before it reaches the upright.
- Reduces pallet damage caused by inaccurate fork entry.
- Compatible with standard pallet racking systems.
A forklift that misses its mark every day is a maintenance liability and a safety risk. Warehouses across Queensland, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane fit their bays with our fork entry bars. This keeps their operators accurate and their pallet racking system running without the costly damage that comes from getting fork entry wrong.
