Required Documentation

Ensure inclusion of the invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase with your return request

Processing Timeframe

Please allow 14 business days for processing returns of damaged or missing items

Packaging Standards

You have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from Gold Coast Racking in within 14 days of receiving the item.

Restocking Policy

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund for returns initiated due to a change of mind by the customer
