Required Documentation
Ensure inclusion of the invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase with your return request
Processing Timeframe
Please allow 14 business days for processing returns of damaged or missing items
Packaging Standards
You have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from Gold Coast Racking in within 14 days of receiving the item.
Restocking Policy
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund for returns initiated due to a change of mind by the customer
Refunds Process
- Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of the returned item
- An additional email will follow within 14 business days regarding the return status
- Please allow 7 days for refunds to reflect in your account. Note that a 15% restocking fee may apply
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Damaged or lost items during transit will undergo a 15-business day investigation process by the courier company/third-party carriers
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned items
Exchanges Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value
- Exchanges may be processed for items of equal value, with additional fees applicable
