Installation Checklist

• All uprights/columns installed plumb, no twist, levels checked.
• All beams/arms installed correctly at specified levels as per drawing. (if no drawing, installed at levels agreed with the customer onsite.)
• Layout changes communicated to the sales team, and load rating updated if necessary.
• All safety pins in place.
• All floor fixings installed correctly.
• Site cleaned post-installation; all waste disposed of.
• Safe working load sign(s) placed on every row; photos taken.
• All work carried out safely.

If the customer does not complete and sign this form within 7 days of receipt, the team at Gold Coast Racking will record the installation as with no-follow-up issues or concerns.
